UX / UI - Tailwind App
Tailwind is an App used to notify friends and family of your flight arrival time.
The Challenge
The app has several steps when sending a notification. This could be simplified, so that process is streamlined.
The Problem
How may we simply the user flow in order create less steps in the process?
The Approach
The existing flow was mapped out so that opportunities could be uncovered to simplify the amount of steps needed to complete the task. Once this was achieved the wireframes were built into a prototype which was tested. This was then refined several times to finally land on the enhanced design.

The Result
Two steps were removed from the existing flow allowing the user the complete the task with less friction points.
